Buying Property In Rhodes
I recently brought a Villa on the beautiful Island of Rhodes. I brought through an English Company called Aegean Home (http://www.aegeanhomes.info/) The Island and people are fantastic and I have to say the Villa is out of this world. At the moment one drawback is the lack of off peak flights, you need to fly to Athens then on to Rhodes.
The property values are going up at a rate of knots and I was wondering if anyone else had brought property in Rhodes? I was considering buying more off plan. The UK market has less available so the chance to buy property off plan, with full Land Registry and a Greek Mortgage was unbelievable.
So far I have found no hitches, I have a beautiful villa - the people at Aegean homes are fantastic, Excellent Rental Income and a fantastic mortgage - I would love to here if others have had the same experience as I have.
